Leadership Panels will be assembled to present and create a rich intercultural dialogue around the following major topics: Leadership Development, Evangelism and Church Planting, Ministry to Youth and Second Generation, Social Ministry, Diaspora Missions from New England to the World, Prayer Movements

The ILC aims to serve as a "supporting ligament" to connect the Body of Christ across cultural, denominational and social-class lines in order to express and advance the Kingdom of God in New England and throughout the earth. It is meant to create a space where various parts of the Body of Christ can "exchange gifts and share burdens" with other parts of the Body in very practical areas such as leadership development, evangelism and church planting, social concerns, ministry to youth and second generation, Diaspora missions from New England to the world, and mobilizing prayer for revival and awakening. For example, what unique gifts does the Arab, African American, Brazilian, Caucasian, Haitian, Hispanic, Korean, and others streams have to offer the other parts of the Body of Christ in New England? Also, what burdens are the various parts of the Body carrying that the other parts need to be aware of? Are there ways that we can "carry one another's burdens and so fulfill the Law of Christ"? The vision of the ILC is to make manifest in a visible and functional way the mystical unity of the Body of Christ in a manner that both celebrates our diversity AND our unity in Christ. "There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God." The ILC wants to give a platform for hearing from the "streams" of God's Kingdom!
